Yes, we are very pet-friendly! We know having a pet is a great advantage for our residents! For the safety of the neighborhood, we have a few restrictions. No dogs over 70lbs and no aggressive breeds including Pit Bulls, Rottweiler’s, Chow Chows, Doberman Pinschers, wolf-hybrids. We will occasionally make some exceptions to these rules. Rent is due on the first of every month and can be paid in the office with a check or money order. If you prefer to pay with a credit or debit card, you can set up a one-time payment or recurring payments through our Resident Portal. Just click the Residents button.

Yes! In fact, once you are picked up from our location the Tiger Transit goes directly to campus. Less time on the bus = More time to sleep in!

When you sign an individual lease, you are only responsible for your rent; in other words, you have no liability for the rent of the other apartment residents. If your roommate transfers or graduates, you have nothing to worry about! That is a significant advantage over the joint and several leases used at rental houses and other apartment properties where each resident is liable for the rent of all residents in the unit.

We offer fully-furnished apartments in all of our 4 bedroom, 2 bath units and have an option for a furniture package for our 2 bedrooms, 2 baths units. All you need to do is bring your stuff! Your room will be furnished with a full-size bed (king size in the 2/2), dresser, nightstand, desk and desk chair. We include a sofa, club chair, media cabinet, coffee and end table in the living room and bar stools and kitchen table and chairs. There’s plenty of seating for you, your roommates, and your friends!

Yes, Evergreen has an on-site maintenance staff that works hard to respond and resolves any maintenance issues within four hours!
